SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Pay: 10% of total revenue (subject to change and negotiation)

This job would include the following: posting and disseminating all new content, both written and video, to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Parler, LinkedIn, and Quora. A competent understanding of all these platforms is required. Additionally, cutting and posting various video clips would be encouraged and much appreciated. Performance in this job must also include a proper representation of my personality on all these media sites. While doing this job, it would be expected that one responded properly and appropriately to all comments related directly to the content, but not on the ideas inside the content. The purpose of this job is to attempt to heighten awareness about what I am doing. No other particular external requirements are necessary.

EMAIL MANAGER

Pay: 3% of total revenue (subject to change and negotiation)

This job would include the following: designing a weekly newsletter and content update to be sent through email. The ability to use drag-and-drop email creation software is required. Each email must include all the new content created that week, both written and video. The designs of the emails must be sharp and professional. The purpose of this job is to maintain a connection between myself and my regular audience. Emails must be sent out every Saturday morning. No other particular external requirements are necessary.

WEBSITE AND SEO

Pay: 7% of total revenue (subject to change and negotiation)

This job would include the following: helping to keep website design sharp and looking for new ways to improve the website. Looking to improve SEO and my website rankings in Google and other search engines. The purpose of this job is to improve user experience on the site and promote content. No other particular external requirements are necessary.
